Tight Melodic Harmonies....Beautiful
When I first came across the three ladies singing together performing the cover of Crossing Muddy Water, I was, captivated. (I still am) I must have payed the song 25 times just listening to how tight thier voices are and how they compliment one another.
When I watched them perform at Wolf Trap, I was enthralled. (I still am)
SO glad they finally brought out a album.
Great job ladies!
Now, I'm With Her too
Love this album. Simple, direct, great all around musicianship, and captivating lyrics. Can't wait to see them live this coming August. One can only hope that they keep together going forward. Individually, they are just great and as a group, it's no different. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
spectacular writing, arrangements... just listen
These women are virtuosos on their own. Together they’re transcendent. Thank you all for doing what you do. 💕

more 2nd-rate music claimed as not notch in the New York Times. Ladies, find another occupation.
These girls can sing and play!

I saw them last night at the 9:30 Club in DC. Sold out show and the club was packed to the rafters. Their music is mesmerizing. Great harmonies and excellent on the many different instruments that they played.
They played many songs from the album, which I just bought. We didn’t want them to stop!

What a delightful surprise! I a world of musical sameness, I'm With Her walks away from the everyday with an abum that's asdelightful as it is unexpected. Smart. Entertaining. Loved it.
I'm definately with Her
For those who keep saying they're copying Haim, you obviously haven't been following their careers. They've been playing music together for a long time. They play how they've always played, they sing how they've always sung. For reference, Sarah Jarosz's first album came out in 2009. Sara Watkin's album with Nickel Creek came out in 2000, Aoife O'Donovan's first album came out in 2010, and Haim's first album came out in 2013. So who's copying who?
I’m a fan of Sara Watkins, but this seems like they’re trying to be the folk version of Haim. The music is pleasant enough, but one of the singers sounds a lot like Danielle Haim (maybe Sarah Jarosz? I’m not familiar with her so she may have always sung like Danielle), and the album art is incredibly similar to Days Are Gone!
um... the cover art is not original
They stole this from Haim I think. Hmmm
